Two friends, one obsession.
We're Carmen and Gen, two friends in Barcelona. Europe has no single property site — just thousands of tiny local agencies with terrible websites. We spend our weeks digging through all of them so you get the good stuff on Sunday.
Stock photos of tile floors. AI-retouched sunsets that don't exist. €1,200,000 villas filed under "cottage." Listings from 2019 still flagged "new."
What started as us emailing each other finds is now a weekly newsletter with 11,740 readers in 47 countries. We still pick every property by hand.
We don't take agent commissions. We don't take ads. Readers pay for Premium and that's how we keep the lights on. If a property is on the list, it's because one of us would consider buying it.

Where do the properties come from?
Agents, owners, regional portals, and our own walking around. We have small networks in Galicia, Asturias, Tuscany, Puglia, Provence, Alentejo, and the Algarve. We're slowly adding Croatia and Greece.
Do you really not take commissions?
Correct. We're paid only by Premium subscribers. We don't have a single referral deal with any agent or platform. If we did, we'd lose the reason readers trust us.
Is "under €300K" a hard limit?
Soft. Most picks land between €60K and €280K. Occasionally we feature something up to €500K when it's a renovated rural house with land. We always flag the price tier clearly.
What countries do you cover?
Italy, Spain, Portugal and France are weekly. Croatia, Greece and Slovenia rotate in roughly once a month. No northern Europe. That's not who we are.
Can I cancel Premium anytime?
Yes, one click from the dashboard. No phone call, no retention email. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
I'm an agent. Can I submit listings?
Yes, email submit@cch.house with photos and the listing URL. We don't pay for submissions and we only feature what we'd buy ourselves. Roughly 1 in 30 makes the cut.
